This is incorrect, thanoses snap directly killed 50% of all organisms in the universe, and that means that (probably) about 50% of all of the survivors gut biomes would die, but 50% of the victims gut biomes would die by indirect means, (their hosts deaths, most probably) and not be dusted by thanoses snap, although they would die nonetheless. Therefore, the truth is that everyone should have gotten severe diarrhoea.

To answer the question of Bruce Banner and stretch marks, the Hulk has a healing factor, and stretch marks are just scars. You know the damage that smart Hulk took from reversing the snap? comic book Hulk would have just flayed the flesh from his arm and it would grow back almost instantly, without the damage. So even if MCU Hulk can't do that it IS enough that he can handle stretch marks, because that healing kicks in for every stage except the base Banner one. So even the reverting back to Banner from Hulk phase where his eyes are green, his veins are still dark green and look like blood poisoning, but is the same size as Banner is healing that scar damage.
