She also has a pretty fast melee combo that pretty much instantly kills everyone who isn’t a tank you semi charge her projectile then dash into them left click then animation cancel the left click into a fast melee for the quick kill and you still got your stepping discs to continue pressure or to get out currently diamond with her right now :)

With no heals and limited map knowledge, you will get absolutely destroyed using Magik. She's too team reliant to be considered a "solo carry" Most units are.

Magik is super fun but I often find myself in 3v1 or so, and that's when I get melted. Then it feels like hela is the one to go. Reliable team who can do close combat is gonna make her a force to be reckoned with

Try staying at the back, playing around cover while using her charged ranged attack and wait for either your team to engage or the enemy team to dive. Then jump in catching them by surprise and use her one shot combo. charged attack->dash uppercut slash->normal attack->quick melee Then use your disc thingy to disengage while leaving the little demon minion behind to cover you.

@@bogdanbeschetnov3930 plan your engagements for when your team starts the fight. Use your ranged shot to poke from the side and distract. You'll want to position on an off angle so they can't look at you and your team at once. Once they're fighting, you dive onto their supports(strategists) Or dmg (duelist). Don't engage the tank unless one or both supports are dead or he's the only one you can reach. Focus on killing a single target then get out, unless you're team pushes up and you have an advantage. And remember to save a portal in case you need to escape, since you've got 2. Edit: and if your team is being pussy, wait till the enemy team overextends and catch out the straggler in the back. At best you kill them. At worst, you don't, run away, and you forced the enemy team to turn around. But don't greed the kill if they get healed or you mess up. You'll die.

Don’t walk down the middle. Take a side path and flank behind them. If that’s not an option you hold a corner, use ranged attack & wait for your tanks to go in.

Iv been playing for a few hours, and there's two combos iv been using that can one shot 250 hp champs being either, Shift > spin > E > left click > right click. Or E > left click > right click > quick melee (V) animation cancel. She's super fun just feels abit weak compared to other dps

i feel like left click, meelee, right click is faster for that last combo. not by much, butt if they get healed left click, melee, right click melee probably helps ensure a little bit more damage to finish tthem off without losing much dps as long as you cancel fast enough

They stomped her into the ground, nerf was an understatement. You have to have team up now to gain the damage she used to deal. And the shield regen has been nerfed massively

If you warp in spin attack Hit your E, normal attack, right click than your melee (V) youll 1 hit almost all strategist and duelest in the game. Also use demon to close off escape routes. Or warp infront of their retreat drop demon and push them back into your team. You can use her like a hearding character.

I played her for a day and I'm already mastering her combos. Just play a couple of quick games with her aand you will see that her potential is very big. She flanks, one shots and can deal with tanks 1v1. Timing is everything (and heal too, but who doesn't need it?)

Personally I love using the demon on escaping targets, or ones that push hard. If I get behind them and place the demon they almost take the full brunt of the attack while backing up or if a target is diving the team placing him preemptively maxes out that damage. I like it more than the spin just because it has much more damage output. Although it is much harder to use. If you don’t place it right it does almost nothing and it doesn’t hit multiple targets as easily. Something I love is spinning then lunging. When you do so the speak plays through the lung. Meaning you can hit all targets around the one your uppercutting and them. Just some things I’ve personally enjoyed. Character feels so good, getting 10 KO’s in one life has never been easier for me in a game

I haven’t seen a ton of people use this, but after her normal attack and all her abilities she can cancel into a melee faster than her normal attacks. I usually just use this when hp is low enough you kill with her melee.

The biggest tip i learned is whirl is almost never worth using outside of darkchild since it does less dmg than normal swing with more endlag.

She's an absolute blast to play, but heavily relies on a team built/played to support her. If your team doesn't match her aggressive playstyle or the enemy team doesn't leave stragglers, she gets ground up pretty fast. But a great Magik can completely control the flow of combat and I want to get better at her
