Role queue is not the solution, just make more hero teamups and make them focused on empowering the tanks.

I don't think that will work. People tend to play characters they think are cool, I've seen very few people actually coordinate for the team up bonuses. Realistically they need more tanks.

@@fishyjustice1423 more tanks and supports are needed yes, but role queue will kill a game. The channel Flats actually had probably the best take. To solve the problem. role queue killed overwatch 1 players way before the game stopped being supported.

I love that they started with so many. Just compared to the alpha and beta test, it makes it so much more interesting!

As someone who has played a lot of OW, I would just like to see the game settle as is before instituting role lock. Now I enjoy vanguard the most, so I see the most success because I often fill the most in demand role. So, I'm probably biased. Also I'd like to see what happens if a dive meta sinks in, how the supports will adapt. OW, imo, made the mistake of giving supports too many abilities to stall teamfights rather than giving them impactful abilities to resolve team fights. Personally I think a violent and explosive game is more fun as opposed to team fights that last more than a minute.

I've been in too many matches where I'm the only support. Then having to deal with need healing spam.

Yes.. Agreed. I have been spamming Cloak n Dagger because every match is 3-4 insta lock Duelists. We see how it evolves... gonna make another video today

"Adam is toast." 100% disagree. He's not great at holding a point, and he needs help against dive. But his healing is amazing, he does good damage, has great range, and his res is clutch. Also his team up is great. Him and Mantis make an awesome supp duo.

His kit is fine, you're right. And I played a LOT of Adam during the CBT. I like the character. But as soon as like, a Venom and Psylocke attack him at the same time he crumbles. No mobility, no stun or root, no way to disappear or evade. He is just a sitting target. He needs help from the team, which is sometimes hard to find in solo queue haha. Appreciate your response though!

I’m against role queue. There are team ups and role lock would restrict that.

Maybe thats for american servers but here in the EU I see a lot of Dr Strange, Magneto, Psylocke, Iron fist. Moonknight and jeff. Prob cus of different cultures but who knows. Also unrelated related note but damn the game is either TOO HEAVY on perfomance or badly optimised cus my 3060 is SCREAMING at FHD with low graphics. (except medium on texture and models)

I'm gonna make another Meta Update video today, but im starting to see it shift towards the shooters again here. Lots of Winter Soldier/Hela/Punisher/Hawkeye, I still see Psylocke (and I love playing her). Magneto is starting to show up more since he can defend against shooters better than anyone else sorta. And yeah, Ive got a beast PC so it handles it all quite well, but they have some optimization improvements that are in the pipeline apparently.

The balanced games are the most fun but it's a struggle to get them. I've been playing a lot of Strategists because of this, trying to make it work.

There's always people playing strategists in the games I've played but they never heal me when I'm the Vanguard. Most of the games I've won have been whilst using Loki. I get to heal a lot and I also get to deal some damage when needed. Healing flying units with Loki has been a pain though. Running away from duelists can be a bit of a pain if 2 or 3 of them spend the entire game focusing you. Other than that, switching places with a clone usually does the trick.

@@athernandez666 I need to work on my Loki. He is definitely one of the best versus dive, and having that flexible ult is a lot of fun. You're right about healing fliers though, super tough with Loki. I think he combos well with Cloak and Dagger as a second Strategist!
