That guy in the red costume is T.M Revolution (Nishikawa Takamori) and is a repaint of an already existing figure that is black. The costume is also from his HOT LIMIT music video which is probably what he is known best for aside his music for Gundam SEED series which he also voiced characters in too (and they all died pretty quick).

@ I have the BAF and for McFarlene it’s one of the best live action head sculpts they have done however the dark light on this does remind me of the end scene with him and Poison Ivy in Arkaham at the end of the movie
