Look I know you aren’t speaking bad about the game but I put almost zero percent of its success to it being marvel. Look at the flops they had in recent past. Marvels Midnight suns was a great game imo and still flopped. The avengers was universally panned. Marvel couldn’t save the game when the public dislikes it. But this game is pure raw fun. I don’t even like overwatch and this grabbed me.

I loved overwatch but I can’t stand playing it anymore and idk why it just triggers something in my brain that pisses me off whenever i see the menu maps or hear the music lmao but this game makes my simple monkey brain happy. Win or lose I have actual fun. It scratched an itch I thought I didn’t have anymore

I have played OW once years ago when my friend invited me to (probably 1 not OW2), but that was it, so I barely have knowledge on this kind of shooter game, nor deep knowledge on most of the heroes available in Marvel Rivals. However, I do enjoy playing this game. In an RPG, I mainly choose tank class as my character, so I started with Vanguard in this game. So I started with who I know a bit about: Venom and Captain America. Eventually, my first main became Captain America, who can use shield like a regular tank. I played until I got his spray. While playing, I noticed that many people go for duelist, so I have more chance to go for vanguard, but sometime my team have no strategist, so I had to learn how to use one, which is Luna Snow, which I have hard time: doing healing and attacking, and aiming (not good aiming haha). Currently, I'm going for Peni Parker more because her mines are very fun. My comment on her was: She's not a tank! She's a tanky DPS!

A solid Luna can make and break matches she is such a good hero that takes skill! I fall into that group that lives going duelist as a Sombra main back in OW I love picking off players who don't stick to formation so Psylocke and Spiderman are my go too's

I've been maining Black Panther, Peni Parker, Hawkeye, Luna Snow, Mantis, and now Captain America for each class. About the role queue, I totally agree with you in that we do not need it. Especially considering that it was a mixed bag when it came to Overwatch. And lastly, I think Galacta is fine.

Rivals reminded me why i love marvel characters so much back in the 90's.. and same feelings i had when capcoms MVC2 came out, sad when the chinese devs know what people want out of the characters more than marvel itself, no woke trash, no apologizing for cake

This game is so fun! It's addicting! My favs to use have been Squirrel Girl and The Scarlett Witch, but thanks to trying to unlock all the Playstation trophys, I get to try all characters and have found new favs! I'd even argue that all the characters are balanced since it takes practice to be good with each of them. I hope they don't nerf the characters greatly since it's all very well balanced for each character. Anywho, can't wait to see what's in store for Marvel Rivals' future! (P.S. I don't hate the announcer lady, but I wish she didn't always talk over the cute dialog between the heroes before the match starts. The characters all have unique things to say to each other, it's a bummer they get drowned out by the announcer.)

To be fair, Iron Fist and Moon Knight are brain dead characters. I would 100% support a nerf to their kit. Like Moon Knights Ankh, should also take some damage from Moonknight himself when he shoots it. Or the crazy tracking that Iron Fist has... Its just click and win, aiming be damned.

Iron fist tracking does need to be cleaned up just because it doesnt make any sense like i have no idea how far i need to run to be safe but moon knight i think is a fine hero atm, hes a bunker buster if the team doesnt stay so closly nitted he is kinda useless

My issue with people taking my main is when it’s spiderman cuz I main him I see people just suck with the character and it gets me frustrated because they just basically screw around the whole match do nothing die and get like 2 kills with 8 deaths it’s not fun and I agree role que shouldnt be added what I think can help fix this is in a future update they add more tanks and support options so we can have more diversity and more game modes are need too to keep it fresh cuz the 2 modes are fine but it’s getting repetitive

My second day playing this game I got invited to a party chat by some white dude and he started calling me the n word and calling me trash.
