i5 11 400f rtx 4060 my cpu is most atn 80 to 89% and i dont know why

this game is bullshit even with rtx 4060 it hits around 130 fps on low settings?? That is insanity. If this game doesen't pull it's shit together i'll just play other competitive shooter games. pisses me off that cartoonish graphics can give an output of 120 fps. Man i just wanna utilize my 240 hz.

With DLSS and Frame Generation enabled, you can reach up to 200 fps, but it's still not enough. It's the problem with making a shooter with Unreal Engine, as they focused more on graphics
