Obviously she's putting on a voice, that's what voice actors do, but a voice actor shouldn't SOUND like they're doing a voice. That's what Peni Parker here sounds, bad voice acting for a character that, for some reason, is made as annoyingly arrogant as Kiriko. Not sure how people are saying she sounds better here?
