3:32 hawkeye and punisher are both equally broken. hawkeye is just hanzo whitch is a huge problem, and punisher deal WAY TOO MUCH damage currently. both need a nerf.

kinda too early to say if someone needs a nerf you need crazy aim for hawk so hes not broken at all..maybe the one shot charge just needs to charge a lil slower but other than that theres nothing to nerf

If you get a kill with the ult or one shortly after landing it at your target, it instantly resets. The ult itself doesn't do a lot of damage, but the reward to reuse it for your accuracy makes up for it.
