Well, I think it will be fun & exciting. I don't know if they will be able to capture the same "lightning in the bottle" that was that Ended with Avengers Endgame over 10 years & what 22 projects. However, it will definitely give them a way to start clean again & maybe we will see Storm in Africa &get to see her meet a young T'Challa before Professor Xavier calls on her. I would love to see the introduction to the X-Men characters that we haven't gotten to see done in the films & done right. Like Havok & Polaris together & the Excalibur team & the X-Force team & obviously a New Mutants team from the ground up this time & done better. The Hellfire Club & The Brood Saga & of course The Brotherhood of Evil. The Sentinel, Juggernaut & behind everything of course Mr Sinister. Okay, I'm a little long-winded but the X-Men prospect done well "MCU style" gives me hope. As for current MCU characters. I could see Thor going off to rebuild Asgard not on Earth & ascending to King Thor. Then if they want to bring Chris Hemsworth back in 10 years he would probably be delighted to play Thor with more gravitas like his father Odin had. I think Dr. Strange could definitely continue as well as the Scarlet Witch & what Marvel could do is when the Universe reboots have Wanda lose her memory & have no connection yet to her Chaos Magic & put her back to her original Mutant Powers & not Telekinisis. The Hex Probability powers were fun & were a great start for her. Maybe they Could Age up Agatha Harkness in the new MCU & have her be the FF's nanny as well as a friend & eventual mentor to Wanda instead of the villain they had her be in the MCU? OK, I'm done I don't want you to block me LOL. HEY Marvel after you call Warren, please call me too. I have ideas as well LOL. Great Video Warren!!!

Here’s my take: I think Kang Dynasty should be focused on the main 616 universe with all the heroes we know. Then there should be a Part 1 and Part 2 to Secret Wars!! The first part should be focused on separate universes. Legacy characters, (like OG X-Men, OG Spider-Men, etc.). And then Part 2 is everyone coming together

Such as: -Secret Wars: 1984 -Time Runs Out -Avengers vs X-Men -Secret Wars: BattleWorld -Ultimate End(Only because I love the Ultimate Universe) If the MCU gets rebooted, the X-Men and the Fantastic Four will all be the main heroes in this reborn MCU.

I honestly wouldn't bother mate. It'll most likely only reduce your enjoyment of the movie adaptations! The movies are going to be vastly different so I'd say it's best to be able to watch them free from knowing the comic storylines if possible. You'll only end up dwelling on the differences between the two!

I am sure that as they stabilize or put the multiverse back to together after secret wars it will allow universes to merge and collide so I feel it will make sense and also allow recasting of some past heroes such as iron man and or cap America Steve Rogers and I am pretty sure it will allow these recasts when done to make sense without diminishing past performances

I think that this may be devastating to some, myself included, but I also believe that it will give all of the characters that are no longer in the current MCU (such as Iron-man, Captain America, Black Widow, etc.) the respectful goodbye and that involves all of them. I just hope that what we were given hints about happening has a good effect on the Marvel Cinematic Universe and is not just a terrible reboot that will be disrespectful to all of the current characters. We knew someday this might happen, and some may not agree that this is the best option, but it will tie the ends to the MCU that we know and love. It was fun while it lasted.

Knowing that the MCU is going to get a soft reboot sounds good to me. At first my thoughts about was basically from iron man to endgame would been for nothing but that isn't the case. I love the concept of a send off and soft reboot. I think the send of should include Wesley Snipes’ Blade from 1998. That truly gave Marvel the ammo to make the X Men films.

I found it interesting what you were saying where they would call it universe is as opposed to phases. I would think that what they could do is allow each one group to have their own universe and then the universe of movies. The first say six phases become universe one. That way they can continue to develop different groups across different universes. Then they might be able to have huge crossover events between the universes. I think towards the end of secret wars, we see the actual multi-verse illuminati get formed so that when Something Happens different groups can be called in.

Rebooting around that time is a good idea, mainly bc of real-life things like ppl getting older, ppl passing away, ppl quitting or losing interest, contract issues, and so on reasons. The MUC should generally consider rebooting every time after around 5 to 20 years. Make a 5 to 20-year plan, and let that plan play out, then reboot. It is not realistic to think the same continuity will last forever. Also keeping the same continuity with so many different teams and characters can get complicated. For example, we already see inconsistencies with how exactly the multiverse works.

I think the perfect ending to these characters and certain stories is the characters get redeemed, have great Farwell stories. Like cyclops getting redeemed, have dream scenarios of Tobey's spider-man interact with hugh jackman's wolverine. Then after that we move on to a brand new x-men and fantastic 4 and probably other characters. Favorite Hero: Batman

If they have sufficient "gap" between Secret Wars and a reboot (aka Mutants, the Magic users, etc.) then maybe we get a fairly "hard" reboot. We know "Peter Quill / Star Lord" is coming back for at least one movie. I can't see them messing with Ms. Marvel or Photon. There are others as well that will be fairly "new" to their roles so I can't see them being "flushed" but the older folks may want to step away and let others take their place. We'll see. I seriously doubt this is true. Tom Holland has his new Spiderman trilogy that he signed on for, and Spiderman 5 and 6 seem to be releasing AFTER Secret Wars so they're obviously not gonna recast him ( if recasting is what they're gonna do for the soft reboot ) when he's in lock with a contract and a couple of team up films. I'll only believe it when I see it.

Avengers Secret Wars is a great way to see all of these Legacy characters get a big farewell and seeing them alongside our heroes come together in the final battle to fight Kang, his variants including variants of villains in part 2. This is a great send off and a final goodbye to those characters before the MCU gets a soft reboot!

Disney should reboot the MCU in a way like the Mortal Kombat universe was rebooted with Liu Kang using Kronika’s hour glass to reshape the timeline making it so a lot of characters are improved and have no knowledge(besides Shang Tsung and Geras) of the previous timeline. Disney could do something like this with Strange or Kang.

8:41 I don’t know if that will work for X-Men. It’s already been tried with MCU for phases 1-5/6. People don’t want a spin off Rogue movie or a spin off Professor X film. Also, doing a X-Men film outright seems to have already been done TWICE by FOX. What MCU has to do is something we have NOT seen before that still encapsulates the core of the characters. X-Men is about a struggle with people who are not like you.

I’m sure they won’t necessarily erase what has happened since 2008 IronMan . What I think they will do right after Secret Wars is that they will focus on the X-men being on the MCU now. But also they will get a new variant of Ironman that is not play by RDJ to be part of the new MCU. Same for Chris Evans Captain America and maybe same goes for Black Widow, Loki, Thor, Hawkeye, Hulk and maybe the Guardians of The Galaxy. So they will basically sort of start over with new variants of the Avengers and also focus on the X-men.

They could make a new universe and through the TVA or similar insert the old "variants" into their new universe in their respective new timeline (such as the Fantastic Four who should have existerar before Iron Man, etc) thus keeping the characters and inserting them in the correct year in the new universe. I expect there first need to be a crisis or culling before these ones get saved though.

In Secret Wars, Thor will have a part. He will use Stormbreaker to save the multiverse, the Ax will create energy that will create a new timeline, absorb the rest, it will be a reset, and Thor may die in the process. As you can see, the timelines and the ax beam are identical.

Absolutely 💯 As long as they keep castings like: "Tom Holland as Peter Parker/Spider-Man, Iman Vellani as Kamala Khan/Ms. Marvel, Simu Liu as Shang-Chi, or Benedict Cumberbatch as Stephen Strange/Doctor Strange" and maybe they could fix some characters or storylines that were either neglected or watered down, like; "Malekith, Black Widow, Quicksilver, the Hulk, The Eternals, or Secret Invasion (which this last one here was done better in "Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes") maybe even finally see a resurrected Iron Man fight the real resurrected "Mandarin" which we never got before. And, maybe even take the focus off the Avengers and onto another team, like; "The X-Men, or the Fantastic Four (which if they like since some say they are dubbed as: "Marvel's First Family") in a new MCU with a more unified roster of Marvel superheroes and villains this time. So, yeah I'm all done for a soft reboot of this franchise here. Sure 💯

Ya know, at first I thought a reboot was a bad idea but now I’m starting to see that it’s a really good thing! Starting over completely and starting with the x-men is perfect! For the infinity and multiverse sagas, there was so much going on between companys and rights to characters, universal with hulk, Sony with Spider-Man, fox with x-men, deadpool, fantastic four, and now marvel can do blade… in a way going through all of that and moving parts around to meet legal standards was a hinderance to what the story’s could have been and who the characters interact with… I still think that being said marvel delivered some amazing movies and shows along the way and will continue to do so… but starting completely fresh and having access to every character will be able to create new story lines, new arcs, new interactions, being able to incorporate all the characters you want and where you want them! It would be truly amazing! It would also be able to do more comic accurate story lines.. not every big event would have to be an avengers movie!

The fact that you didn't include or even mention Blade is a travesty and an insult! Wesley Snipes Blade started the Marvel Renaissance, then came X-Men and Spider-man. Its funny to me how people keep forgetting that underrated fact! How can we have any of those characters appea rand proclaim its the ultimate legacy send off without including Blade?!

I feel a soft reboot is the way to go for marvel. Characters like Hulk, Spiderman, Moon Knight and the eternals have high chances of making it in MCU Chapter 2 Phase 1😏.

I'm imagining Doctor Doom showing up as an old actor, changing the world into Battleworld and himself into a newer, younger actor. Then when the whole thing fails, the world goes back to what it was before, except for many newer/younger actors playing the characters. Taadaa! Reboot!
