I watched a lot of your videos and noticed that rx 580 Driver Version: 23.7.1 had the best performance (less driver overhead), newer driver versions worsened performance.

to be honest 25.1.1 its not relized drivers, its like beta or something and can be downloaded only from site, you cant do it from Adrenaline...

странно все на вегах игра запускается включая встройки, у них тоже прекращена поддержка драйверами, последний драйвер тот же что и у rx 580, тут скорее всего какое то аппаратное ограничение.
