Green Lantern #15 was so much fun. Hal flying around in a prototype Batplane was so awesome and the outcome is exactly how you would expect it to go! Jeremy Adams gets Hal Jordan as a character! Lobo Cancelation Special #1 is fantastic! If you're into old school Lobo, pick it up! Still got a bunch to read. New Geiger, Wolverine Revenge, Ultimate Spider-Man, etc. I'm behind!

Thunderbolts is my highest anticipated movie of 2025 next to Superman. The trailer was much better than I anticipated and I forgot that the Sentry was in this film! He is my favorite marvel character of all time! The actor they chose for him looks great for the role as well. I absolutely cannot wait.

I didn't initially see that Lewis Pullman was cast as Bob/Sentry.... To see him play another Bob is hilarious to me. Anyway tho, I thought the trailer was great. Does a good job kinda reacquainting viewers with some of these players, as we haven't seen them in 3+ years. I definitely agree that a movie like this probably would've been a good way to cap off Phase 4, but still... happy to see, as you said, some of these arcs pay off, especially since this team has been confirmed to be in the next Avengers movie alongside the F4 and other established heroes. Definitely can't wait for this one!

Thunderbolts* is Dark Avengers imho too, and it's Winter Soldier / Civil War vibes which has been missing basically since then with all the planetary, galactic, universal and now multiversal threats. Good to get back to gunplay and martial arts with added powers. We've missed the MCU being this badass.

I am loving Monday with the crazy trailer drops that happened with Thunderbolts* and Gladiator 2. Thunderbolt is Marvels answer to The Suicide Squad with a mix of psychological warfare by taking a Jekyll and Hyde storyline with Bob and the Void. It's anti-Avengers but it's about Anti-Heroes, a band of misfits that have to come together to stop the ultimate threat.

I just realized something really cool. If you saw Deadpool & Wolverine, notice how Deadpool was looking to get hired by the Avengers because he wanted to matter. Paradox gave him the chance to go to the sacred timeline (Earth 616) to join the Avengers. But what if it's the Thunderbolts Deadpool needs to join to feel important? (In the comics, Deadpool is a member of the Thunderbolts, alongside Red Hulk and Venom)
