I'm sure this is the end of Captain America (Steve Rogers) and Ironman, Tony Stark. They are both going to die for sure, also Agent Phil Coulson and a few casts members from the Agents of Shield will appear and make a cameo appearance to try to assist Steve Rogers on the battle field of Wakanda. The cast members will consists of Chloe Bennett (Daisy Johnson aka Quake) and Ming Na (Agent May). This is going to be some exciting stuff!

I think there might be 3 or 4 people dying: Captain America, Loki (the part where Thor is getting his head twisted is when the Black Order kills Loki.
