Storyline:-
After the events of Captain America: Civil War, King T'Challa returns home to the reclusive, technologically advanced African nation of Wakanda to serve as his country's new leader. However, T'Challa soon finds that he is challenged for the throne from factions within his own country. When two foes conspire to destroy Wakanda, the hero known as Black Panther must team up with C.I.A. agent Everett K. I don't understand why people think Shuri has no combat training at all, she wouldn't have even come on the battlefield if she had never fought before in her life. U didn't see the Queen on the field did you? I also don't get the people who think she turned into Iron fist either. She did ok but she wasn't doing much more than throwing punches and kicks, anyone can do that. She wasn't doing anything complicated or specific fighting style and she got her ass kicked for the most part.

If she wanted to help with ranged weapons in this movie she could've stayed in the lab and remote controlled a plane like Ross did. Yes she chooses to use Ranged weapons because the enemies she is fighting are not ones she can beat in hand to hand combat. If she was attacked by a regular woman off the streets of Wakanda I she could fight back and win, but against warriors and people with BP juice and Super strength of course she would not engage in hand to hand and use ranged weapons instead. She fought Namor decently well on the beach. If you took a woman with ZERO combat training they would not be able to land blows on a 500 year old warrior no matter how juiced up physically they are. Example, Jessica Jones. For sake of hypothetical let's say she has the exact same strength level as Shuri Black Panther. Jessica would not land hits against Namor because she clearly doesn't know how to fight at all, she just throws wild haymakers and generally moves like a person with no fight training.

3:11 I like how Shuri has Access to the entire city's power grid even though that power/capability should lie with the King. It shows how incredibly intelligent she is when it comes to Technology and building things that are highly and extremely complex. And I wonder how she figured out how to build the Magnetic Levitation trains besides the sonic stabilizers cause that was for a specific reason (Transportation of Vibrium is too dangerous at those speeds) so that I understand the reason why Sonic Stabilizers were created im just wondering how she Perfected the Mag-Lev Trains. Them trains were hovering off the ground. I'm not trying to give her a higher credit than her predecessors. Surely, they were masters in their own right when it comes to technological advancement, but it seems like she inherited a much higher IQ than her predecessors and she extremely intelligent. And if Stark was still alive, I wonder how far he would advanced New York given with his intelligent then we can try and compare his intelligence with Shuris but we only got to see Avengers compound which in turn was still weak, but looked like they were evolving architecturally. If he was intelligent enough to figure out that he can use Pym Particles to increase the size of anything, then he would kindly asked Hank Pym for his formula so he increase the size of the vibranium he had in possession and use it to build an energy shield around avengers compound, but he had to come to reach that intelligence yet, but Hank was already using that intelligence ahead of stark, increasing the size of batteries to power up his lab building. So imagine how smaller they were getting everything he shrank the lab, that would make the batteries even smaller than their original size. Dam some things just takes chaos for Stark to learn from I guess.

Given the fact that vibranium is not effected by outside forces like drag and wind resistance, etc (caps shield for instance) you can actually roughly calculate how long they fell. Considering that black panther tackles killmonger and the force of the tackle causes them to hit the other side of the shaft, you can assume their starting velocity is 0 (though this isn’t completely true) and time killmongers fall which is 20 seconds. Black panther grabs onto the side of the wall with his claws and then takes a blow which knocks him to the ground 2 seconds earlier. This means they were falling for over 6000 feet and reached speeds over 400mph. Yet with that suit and the heart shaped herb, they are able to withstand a fall like this. I don’t think any character has been shown tanking a fall that high without any damage at all. This is odd because cap actually jumps right out of a high rise building during the winter soldier chase, while black panther uses his claws to slide down. He wasted time when he could’ve just jumped right out.

And even though it wasn't by death or yield, all the other tribes legitimized this loss by giving Erik the herb. Lets say youre fighting to be black panther and during the fight you wanted to yield, but your wounds prevented you from doing so, the tribes would most likely call that a yield. Death or Yield means, "whichever comes first." Thats why in combat sports, you cant just keep pounding on an unconscious body because their lack of consciousness is a "non verbal yield." Thats just my guess though about Wakandan politics. My evidence based opinion is this; Erik was granted the herb. At that point, "all that challenge shit is over with." Tchalla would have to wait until challenge day or if Erik decided to accept the challenge. Now I know you think the whole challenge is awash because Tchalla didnt die but once you're the king, you can decide what the rules are, regardless of tradition. Tchaka completely sabotaged Erik's claim by hiding his existence from the tribes and Wakanda, which cant be tradition. Tchalla accepted a challenge outside of Challenge Day which also isn't tradition. Killmonger burned the herbs which is in no way tradition but when he tells someone to do something, "he means that shit." He can do that because he's the king. You could fight him on it, which is fine, but its still treason. Tchalla was unconscious and without help, he would've died. Zuri interrupted the first match on behalf of Tchalla, which isn't fair, and would've forfeited Tchalla's claim. But even if the match wasn't technically over, Tchalla got help from his mom, sister, Nakia, and the Jabari to heal wounds that would've been fatal, "during" the match. The Challenge is a one on one contest. Tchalla showed up with the herb, illegally in his system whereas all other challengers can't. Tchalla eating a stolen herb is by itself treasonous. Tchalla was on life support and then recovered his wounds by taking the herb, "during" the match. Tchalla is trying to take advantage of traditional technicalities by invalid and hypocritical means. At best, Tchalla's body should've been recovered before Killmonger got the herb and when Tchalla showed up, The Dora Milaje should've stopped fighting on anyone's behalf until the next king was decided. Even with all that said, the movie suggests that Okoye has a change of heart, loving her country so much that she will turn her back on her duty. If it was about the challenge, she would've said "No. I can't take orders from you. You're not the king and the challenge isn't over" instead, she says "you're not fit to be a king," which isn't her place to decide and thats why I think it's treason.

@@wilkes5062 whether it’s treason or not, Okoye, the Dora Milaje, and the rest of Wakanda should want a king that would serve them, not dictate them. T’Challa is that king. So In this instance, I think treason is okay.

I remember the talked before the movie came out that a majority African American cast like this movie would not draw the audience needed for it to be successful... Well Billion dollar gross later,,, that talked was swept away
