There were many callbacks to Disney here, especially Pocahontas, not just the subplots but the animation, backgrounds specifically, and storyboarding with similar shots. Also, Atlantas and Alice in Wonderland callbacks for sure. Great episode.

Slight confusion on the clan definition within the Haudenosaunee. The Haudenosaunee Confederacy is an alliance of nations (Mohawk, Oneida, Onondaga, Cayuga, Seneca, and later on Tuscarora). Within those nations, there are clans to represent various villages/settlements of those nations, which individuals identify as. As example: Kohhari is a member of the Wolf Clan, which is part of the Mohawk Nation, which is a member of the Haudenosaunee Confederacy. Another fun anecdote is that the "Mohawk" hairstyle, is not historically accurate to Mohawk people. What we know today as the Mohawk hairstyle is moreso how Pawnee nation members wore their hair (who lived in the central plains of the US, 1000 miles away from the Mohawk).

I’m pretty sure that Kahhoris actions predate Namor, Kahhori should be set around the 1490s until 1504. And Namor is from the 1520s, so Kahhori would have prevented Namors people from being pillaged. Either way it would still be a cool duo
