The Tick Was a Great Show and a 1994-1996 run just unfair another Cartoon I liked was Skeleton Warriors one of my favorite 1990's cartoons of all time I discovered In 2016 so good

ReBoot came out in the early 90s,not 2022. It came out around the same time as Beast wars.

Cartoons I would add to this list: Eek! the Cat (1992) Conan the Adventurer (1992) Capitol Critters (1992) Family Dog (1993) The Adventures of Sam & Max: Freelance Police (1997) (a top favorite of mine) Histeria! (1998) As much as I loved it, I would argue that The Tick, having had two attempted live-action reboots isn't as underrated as this list claims. Doug was hugely popular, I remember it being on the same level of Rugrats & Rocko's Modern Life (all cable channel cartoons and I didn't even grow up with cable). And Reboot has had a cult following since it aired. Other than those three, pretty good list, there were several on here I remember fondly, and a bunch I had either not heard of at all or barely ever saw due to airtimes.

I think it is depending from wich country the carton aired. carton network and disney channel came first up in the early 2000 as pay tv. nickolodeon came too cable in the mid 2000s . most of the mentiont cartons were aired on super rtl,tele 5 and kabel 1. Doug ,darkwing duck ,goofy and max (goof troop)was super popular here too .they were repeated dozen of times. Reboot i remember vaguely that i must have seen some episodes ,according too the all knowing internet it was firstly aired on cable 1997 on KiKa and only the first 2 seasons. Flipper and Loopaka (KiKa) Oiski! Poiski! (KiKa) (Originaltitel Noah’s Island) Kangoos - Fit für Basketball! (rtl 2 and super rtl) Skippy: Adventures in Bushtown (KiKa) Die Bambus-Bären-Bande (frz. Bambou et Compagnie, jap. Bamboo Bears (バンブー・ベアーズ, Bambū Beāzu)(i searced almost 2 hours for this and there should be translations in spanish,french ,japanese and german. According too Wikipedia it was first aired on ard/zdf later on Kika)

ReBoot launched in 1994, as the first cartoon completely done in CGI animation (the second one being Transformers: Beast Wars, done by the same studio), and through various cancellations and restarts, ended in 2001. ReBoot: The Guardian Code, is a live-action/CGI hybrid sequel, launched on Netflix in 2018. Neither one of these shows are close enough for such an egregious "2022" error.

underrated but missing here: Eek the Cat, Where on Earth is Carmen Sandiego, Aah Real Monsters, Cartoon Planet, Talespin, Life with Louie, Attack of the Killer Tomatoes, Little Shop, Bill and Teds Excellent Adventures, Back to the Future, Ace Ventura, Fantastic Four, Iron Man, Capital Critters, Family Dog, The Critic. Of course, X-men, Spiderman, Batman, superman, animaniacs, Tiny Toons, the Disney Afternoon and one Saturday morning, most of the nick toons and Cartoon Network shows weren't really underrated.

Darkwing Duck is the best ❤️💪 And I loved Histeria!!!! Yes , so cool Freakazoid ❤ There was two cartoons that I do not know the name of but I remember them. (1) It was like transforming robot cars but they transform into like ninjas. And one particular one was like this really cool cool voice smooth like ninja dude. (2) I believe it was a vampire bat like girl. She had bat wings on the top of her head with green hair she looked real cool and I want to see her name was Morgana or morgan. And every time I try looking it up, I get Dark Strikers, but it doesn't seem to be right . Even though I think that's what she looked like. IDK

SWAT KATS!!! HELL YEAH!! i remember watching it...loved the opening theme song...i remember them changing the theme in season2, did not like it. Mighty max & Skeleton Warriors were good , SW had a good theme too. those were my favorites

Yeah....some of these I REALLY question as "underrated". The Disney and Nick cartoons especially. Shows I would included: Teknoman (aka Tekkman Blade), The Critic, The Twisted Tales of Felix the Cat, Wild West C.O.W.-Boys of Moo Mesa, Extreme Ghostbusters, Men in Black, Roughnecks: The Starship Troopers Chronicles and I could go on.

Nighthood. Watch it. It's even better when you are older too bad it was only 26 episodes but the story is told. Arsene Lupin's story. Felix the Cat. Reboot! Samurai Pizza Cats is here I noticed. Animaniacs. Pinky & The Brain. Man the 90s had way too many my kid could never understand despite watching many of them today ya cannot know unless you WERE a kid or tween/teen in those times as I was. 80s Child/90's Preteen/00's Graduate times. Best of times to live. The year 2000 marked a travesty in that we were in for a crap shoot.

X men was the best i watched every 1 Spiderman was 2nd but Duck Tales Tick Thundercats. I get 80s mixed up I watched every Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Darkwing Duck. Other than those every Batman cartoon was also great and Young Justice League and GI Joe Looney Tunes. I watched Muppet Babies Smurfs when I was younger. Transformers Rescue Rangers Samuri Jack Animaniaca 18:32 He-Man there was a bunch of great 1s I'm sure I left a few out but those were the days. They should bring them all bw❤
