As a kid, the Joker and Scarecrow always terrified me. Especially the Batman Cartoon. The way they were drawn was creepy, and the voice actors were AMAZING! Even though I was a bit scared of them, I never missed an episode! I miss that old Batman Cartoon!

I would add to the killer croc lore by saying his parents were scientists down in Louisiana working with animal DNA moved to Gotham. Their son was a byproduct of that research when he was born with Crocodile skin. He gained the name Killer Croc later on in life

I think the reason for Catwoman not being featured on this list is because she's not so much of a villain as she is a criminal who is pretty much a neutral-sided character that doesn't exactly take sides. Plus, what also makes Catwoman less than a villain and more like an antihero is the fact that she doesn't terrorize the innocent people of Gotham City like all the other villains that were featured in this video, and her love-hate relationship with Batman is what also adds to the appeal of the character as well.

It’s not weird , it’s consistent with the rest of its own universe. Batman mentions in origins he thought copperhead was male , implying a female has now taken over the name. Not every new version of a character represented in its own film or tv show or game has to be exactly like the main comics timeline

Professor Pyg and Dollmaker are basically the same except 1 targets children, and the other targets... everyone. Which is why I put Professor Pyg higher. You probably get all of B tier. Now that I'm rereading the comment, some of the C tier villains are a tad bit high, but I'll just keep it like that. Onto D tier, Prometheus is another underrated villain, since he is the opposite of Batman, rivaling him not just in combat, but also things like detective skills, strategy, and intelligence. Owls predation on bats is a common missconception. Owls are ambush predators that uses stealth to get close to prey but bats use echolocation which sort of cancels out the owl's stealth. Hawks and falcons with their superior speed are more likeley to hunt bats.
