In "Terminator the Sarah Connor Chronicles" a T-888 came back in time and assumed the identity of a married man. In that episode, his visual files revealed that they did indeed copulate, albeit probably in a sterile fashion.

dont forget that the terminator designated camron a T900 had the ability to almost flawlessly blend in as human thanks to its ability to express emotions its ability to eat and its pheromone and scent dispersion systems though techcom knew all about this and had countermeasures in place specifically made to identify the T900s, and its worth noting the TX unit is a modified T950 endoskeleton with polymetic skin of the T1000 on the outside and custom built integrated weapons using the compartments that the T950 was designed to have to smuggle weapons back into the past

Considering in the original Terminator you can see "it" slapping off of Arnies legs, bouncing from side to side, I'd say they do have their "dangly" bits. It's a completely different question about the ability to inseminate and preganate a human. Could be a new machine for SkyNet to build, The Preganator 5000, featuring automated flaccidity.

In the first movie, the Terminator tanked numerous shots from a 5.56 caliber rifles, such as an M16 in the police station. So that was outright wrong. It's implied that only sniper calibres like the 3.38 Lapua or a 50 BMG can damage a T800.

Probably only 50 cal could be relied on the most maybe multiple .338 to the chest area could rupture one of its fuel cells but not in one shot a 50 cal would be able to rupture a fuel cell maybe even kill a terminator in just 1 shot

People with an active imagination are responsible for nearly all scientific advances made by the human race. Theoretical physics for example. At one point, nuclear weapons were just a thought, speculation, crazy ideas. When physicists were trying to gather enough weapons grade Uranium for the first bomb, someone else thought and speculated that if you were to bombard natural uranium with neutrons, it would form another element and decay to Plutonium. They tried it and hey presto it worked. The kind of people who hit the bars at the weekend, work a blue collar job and watch the game of an evening, aren't the kind of people who advance the human race (well not any more) Although they do form the practical part of industries. So the freaks and the regular Joe's are actually both vital.

Even if Linda does not come back pick one women that played Sarah maybe one in genisy Emilia Clarke or one played in hunger games pick who plays john guy in t4 or guy in t3 .as for Arnold they could bring him back or go with someone younger play terminator help john in fight vs legion .but Arnold t 800 did get upgraded in genisy fell in something that upgraded him .but in dark fate he and Rev 9 both blew up at dam so I don't know unless if til involved time travel they go back reprogram terminator come to play met john while legion was slowly build up but none of robots terminator were ready for battle with human yet but once they were one terminator that john or Sarah got there hand on program it to met him make it look like he killed john has plot trick legion john was dead .but john wasn't he was shot by be be bullets john had some armor on .under his shirt .just theory john explan in t7 how he tricked legion .

T-800 in the most recent movie is married and a step father to the woman's child, although he does mention that it's not a physical love/relationship, pretty sure he'd have had to get down with her tho, just to keep the charade. A couple of mistakes noticed in the intro of the video: @0:28 The T-800 doesn't ASSUME a human form, it already is in humanoid shape (maybe you're thinking of the T-1000) @1:11 ENDO-skeleton, having an Exo-skeleton would mean that the metallic bits would be visible on the outside. The T-600 series onward were all designated as infiltration units, T-600 were the first itineration designed to "blend in" among humans, but having a synthetic skin made them easily recognizable. Aside from those two minor critics, this was an excellent video.
@thebossthusiast1960

I'd like to see the T-500 and earlier at some point, maybe if Cameron ever makes a future/prequel type movie (pray). Salvation had the opportunity to get into some of the early Skynet tech and kinda dropped the ball in that way. Would have also been cool to see a proto HK tank that still used miniguns (they designed it in the concept art for Salvation and it was unused). I assume that T-500 and its predecessors wouldn't have been skeletons since they weren't designed to be humanoid. So there's all kinds of interesting stuff one could do with their designs. Maybe they started out on tracks (T-1 style) and then developed into being quadripedal and then bipedal. One thing is for sure, I'd like Cameron's take on this stuff because I consider that a lot more canon than random studios who picked up his work later. I barely consider the T-1 canon, except that its design makes total sense for a US military project as well as the earliest iteration of the T line.

@ 10:43 - That's really true.. Just like K-9 Dogs, which are used by the authorities, police, those have strong sense of smell... That is why those can smell something explosive in a box whether it was either near or far from them with the bomb squads... In the movie "The Terminator" (1984), human resistance actually uses their dogs for tracing or identifying everyone who is suspected infiltrated human around them by smelling, with knowing that all Terminators actually have extreme smell.. This basis can be actually seen in Kyle Reese's (Michael Bhien) flashbacks where 2 barking dogs were in that scene before the infiltrated Terminator with its laser machine gun came in to their hideout and shot everyone inside even Kyle, who is trying to manage it at that time.....

He said he could never cry, meaning he wouldn't live long enough to make a conscious, or digitally synthesize human biologics. T-800 can get a woman pregnant, which is part of the movie "Maggie." They had small hearts and lounges. They had nerves, just not a link to them. The blood pump would be able to be disabled by the PCU. T-800's had perfect skin. And, smelled like a human man. Kyle said so. The dogs smelled electronic parts. It's also suggested by modern science, that dogs sense human aura. The skin never failed with age. The skin heals. You got that one wrong, too. Eyes don't regrow. The eye rotted, not the face skin. Exposed blood and meat stink as well as rotted eyes. Hints, "dead cat.". Arnold's, ended at T-888. Message me with thoughts, or evidence.

@@GrandmasterDevo no the T600 had a vulnerability to explosives, their joints are stiff and more mechanical resulting in the hydraulics they use to be a bit strained when they move so Techcom opiritives often would shoot out the hydraulics of T-600s. the T800 unit was easily disabled with a knife to the back of the neck which was corrected with the T850 and T888 units. skynet didnt anticipate this flaw with the T800s because it was a superior terminator, but Techcom started to take advantage of it to capture T-800s which is why they were able to capture the T800 model 101 that was sent back in time to protect Sera Connor and then John Connor later. to make the T800 lighter then the T600 as an infiltrator they had to use less armor which is why the vulnerability exists then in the T850 and T888 that particular section was armored to prevent tampering. also T600s were easy to come apart when exploded. also its funny that the skynet chose the modle 101 based on the in terminator universe version of arnold schwarzenegger from media files it could access so the skynet basically based the modle 101 for the T800 series on the actor while IRL the actor it was based on played it in the movies which is very meta kind of a 4th wall break

I don’t know that I’d agree with T-800s lacking nerve endings. Something has to be able to interface and control muscle tissue to create speech, facial expressions, even convincing muscular flexing during movement. Lack of “pain” is from a human’s concept of agony or discomfort. The T-800’s body senses injuries through feedback from something, the data that’s interpreted helps the unit understand what and where it’s been damaged. That data, can be called pain, just as it says in T2.

In one of Sarah Connor Chronicles episodes terminator was waiting inside wall for decades in standby mode and it's skin hasn't aged a bit which was a bit odd but I suppose they don't follow the same aging rules as later movies.

They can, otherwise their fleshy eyes would dry out within an hour of getting off the assembly line and make them rather poor infiltrators. The point of that scene is that Arnold is a metal skeleton - he can't cry or emote what he feels.

He said EXOSKELETON when he should have said ENDOSKELETON. Also, the flesh covering the endoskeleton would die pretty fast because our skin is not just a "fabric" that covers us like clothing, it is an ORGAN in its own right and needs the other organs to keep it alive. The endoskeleton does not have all of the organs (no room for them the way its shaped) needed to keep the flesh alive.

after doing some math, I determined that if a terminator has 10000 megawatts in it's nuclear power source, it should be able to work for 270 years if it uses 100 kilowatts each day. We should also consider the fact that a terminator can repair itself if needed.

maybe it's been explained elsewhere and I somehow missed it, but early in the Terminator movies, it was established that anything doing time-travel needed to be flesh covered, so humans could go through and Terminators like the T-800 could too as long as they had the organic covering, but metal items such as weapons could not, as they had no flesh covering. Yet we then have non-flesh covered Terminators like the T-1000 and REV-9 doing the time traveling... so WTF?

The T 800 was not the 1st terminator, neither are any of them cyborgs.(humans with enhancements.) there were several different classes before him. And in no way shape or performed does it show that the T 800 is light in any way. It takes several people to move him. Have you watched the movies? And terminators don't age...... said just after talking about Carl lmfaooooo. Id love to see what your watching.

1:33 i don‘t see motors. hydraulic components for the limps. maybe the eyes with camera and vision only with motors they are 4 tiny syphere look alike irons which move the eye almost in every directions. with hydraulic parts it‘s the most simple way to move the parts and also it is much much stronger. maybe inside his chest for the rotation of the arms it has somehow strong gears with also compression built hydraulic parts. who ever did this is a genius the hydraulic parts are controlled by that chips. but i guess it should have somewhere container which holds the oil for compression and also motor for the compression inside his chest and also the head part maybe

AT 5:56 he said that a T800 has tear ducts and can cry like a human but shortly before being lowered into the molten steal at the end of the 2nd movie he said to the boy "I now know why humans cry but it is something I can never do". Did he mean that he could not ever feel that level of emotion and it would be fake "crocodile tears"?

Most fascinating about in T-800 is the operation mode can reach up to 300 yrs once they succeed the mission like assassination or bodyguard they shutdown themselves and waiting new missions, they can able go back to the future if they manage to collect some resources to do that, plus about the Neural Net Processor of t-800 is vulnerable in cyber attack like hacking they have auto reboot takes a minutes to make operational again the most confusing part is the power source of T-800 the first movie saying its using Hydrogen fuel cell but other sequels its nuclear...dont know the science about that was hoping have time to research in a very busy world

I don’t know why the terminator franchise always focuses so heavily on time travel. In the original, this was supposed to be a 1 off, then T2 made an acceptable exception, then (aside from salvation) they just repeated the same story over and over with the time travel theme.

How about this?: Terminators can reproduce with women. Chameleon nano bots that can change: temperatureand physical state (liquid/solid), as well as manipulate the DNA in the egg and auto-fertilize, creating a clone that can look different. As time passes and the human hybrid grows, so do the self replicating nano bots that learn with the human inside. The bots perform tasks and missions at will which black out the human side of the creature... a normal person to everyone, a dangerous cybernetic time bomb inside which the human inside may or may not know it is part machine.

the idea of terminators with offspring is interesting, but given skynet's obsession with destroying humanity, unrealistic. the last thing skynet would want is the birth of more humans, so male/female attributes of terminators would have to be just... attributes. 😊
