I'm with that thought process. And I'm glad this happens. A lot of kids lose their career because of these processes. Getting drafted to the wrong team, etc. A lot can change for the betterment of these players. The NFL won't like it at first but it's what's best

Marvin Sr. was the SAME WAY as Jr! It’s wild to see. Grew up an hour from Indy during prime Peyton, Marvin, Reggie, Dallas, and the crew. Every touchdown, big play, whatever it was, Marvin Sr. was the dude who tossed the ball right back to the ref and didn’t say a word. Never was the guy running his mouth before a game, after a game, or even after a monster play during a game. You can google several articles about it during his playing day. Watching this makes me more excited about his kid. Show up, show out, keep his head down and GRIND! Just like his pops. Also respect how he listens to his father and allows him to speak. He knows there will be blowback from this, but allowing his dad (HOF WR) to explain things makes people understand better. I don’t think it would have hit the same had Jr. explained everything. Excited to see this kid play!

Love how both he and his father are humble and hardworking. Quiet WRs are hard to come by. For some reason it's a diva position. It's one of the reasons Calvin Johnson is my favorite player.
