Try using hoop tunnels of plastic sheeting and metal arches. It'll cover against the frost. Sun will keep it warm enough inside. But when it gets hotter, you can pull the plastic back. That way, you can keep the size of your greenhouse down. Especially if you just need to lengthen the growing season.

You sure you have not done that before, looks yum yum Mary, and I just went to the shop and got lots of different cutter's in a few size's as I made my first one for family barbecue last year, and going to try another one this year. Garden looks great. lots of love and blessings xoxoxox

Looks beautiful Mary, I add green onion stems over to cover my skewer, just make sure it doesn't touch the fruit. Also maybe stick the kale in around the skewer after you put the skewers in. Keep creating, practice makes perfect.
