Have you ever thought about milling your own wheat? I have done it for years. I get my berries from Montana wheat, through a co-op. They are either in Kalispell or Whitefsh, MT.

You can freeze dry them too. Once freeze dried you blend to a powder and keep in a jar

Just a tip, u need extra money , post up on OFFERUP the app, people willing to pay for those Easter eggs, I’ve seen people post up quail, geese, duck eggs as well, and people will pay for em, better than those grocery store bought eggs, just make sure to clean them off before cracking them open, I use a magic eraser really lightly to get off crap and feathers , and remember also , always crack one egg at a time in a cup first before cracking all in one bowl cause sometimes a egg can be bloody, best tasting eggs ever

with so many eggs i would have tried salt cured yolks. for flavoring and garnishing dishes.

Why does it seem dangerous?
@Mary-cg1sl10 күн бұрын
@@LadyASolveg Since the eggs are not being chilled, even in brine, inside the eggs, salmonella could still develop.

Ive heard the method but had no clue what was done to water glass them

Trial and error. Death was much closer to us in that past, but we forgot and don’t teach it
@wildappalachian110 күн бұрын
This method is no longer recommended because the salmonella continues to multiply inside of the egg. This is a very dangerous method of preservation if you're immune compromised.
@LadyASolveg10 күн бұрын
Won't cooking the eggs be enough to make them safe to eat?
@djayt12159 күн бұрын
@@LadyASolveg I think that would depend on if the bacteria produces toxins. Toxins aren't destroyed by cooking
