This show saved my life. Back when I was in grade 8, I had almost tried to kill myself because I was tired of living the social outcast role at school. I had felt like no one would care if I had left. But then this show came out - showed me that I wasn't alone. There are times of where I related to Hannah so much (I've lived her life), that I decided I needed to stop watching the show and eventually open up about my past. Thank you Selena Gomez for this show - you have no idea how much of an impact that this show has on people. I am doing a lot better now... Edit: Thank you so much for the likes and comments! Life has still not been easy, but I'm writing a book series at the moment to help me with my depression. I was actually inspired by 13 Reasons Why.

I think the book will make you stronger . Because in the series they've just added so much extra things . Book was all about Hannah and her 13 reasons but the series is too much extra and somewhat depressing as well . I just read the book , cried at several moments , closed it , held it in my hands and had a sound sleep and after I woke up I was a totally different and stronger person . 😊
