Mav, homade RAVIOLI pasta tip~next time b4 u close each ravioli square/pocket dab or brush water into the edges of the ‘shell’ then proceed to close or enclose you preferred filling insuring all sides/ edges of the pasta are pressed together using ur fork as ridged edges from pressing the back of the fork into the edges aldo the dab of water along edges of ur pasta work as a binding agent just dont wet it to much or it will have gummy effect on ur outside edges . Also key to perfect ravioli is that u bring it to a rolling boil for a few min. Dont boil it til done. Reduce heat immediate to a simmer only let the pasta just sit in the very warm water it will cook it perfect the rest of the way.

So, I'm a rv technician, I really hate to be a hater.... unless you are doing a personal build. These rvs, vans etc etc, are all complete garbage. You're going to exhaust yourself constantly calling in your warranty, and then dealing with your dealership, cuz the people in charge of the techs who do the repairs, get paid off of approval. They fight your warranty and lie every second of the way. The techs don't get that money, they do. Plus, it's all plastic and cardboard
