What a great setup! The Marx are beautiful examples of the streamliners. How did you do the two trains on the elevated track? Was the power done in blocks?
@JFLionelT-RailOperator3 жыл бұрын
Thanks for watching and for your comments. I did not use blocks on the 2 trains running on the upper level. I found that by regulating the speed of the transformer, each would run faster than the other at certain speeds. I will admit that there were a few rear-end collisions, but just a tap, nothing bad.

I think they are quite prototypical especially for tin of that era. Nice "Diner". Is it Madison Hardware? Also , I recently watched the lionel 100 anniversary movie. Had not seen it in years. I did not know who the guy talking about t rail track was. I think I figured it out this time.

Thanks for watching and for your comments. Yes the diner is War-era made by Madison. I recall doing several bits for TM, including one on Hudsons and T-rail for Joe Stachler of TM. I have not seen the video for a long time.

These trains are in excellent condition. Were they refinished? Also, how did you get the red lights on that last car of the red train? Great collection.
@JFLionelT-RailOperator3 жыл бұрын
Thanks for your comments. Most of the trains have wear on them, but the secret is to keep them running. All are original condition, some cleaning had to be done to make them video-ready. The red/silver M-10000 has the tail light option, it is factory-original, has a light fixture and pick-up on the rear truck.
