Mary aunty's home mess is where I used to eat my lunch almost every day during 2004-2006, when I used to be in M'lore from 2000-2006. I used to live in a house right next to her house in Valencia.. നമസ്കാര എബിൻ, മംഗ്ളൂർ ബൺസ്, മൊസറു ജൊതെ അവലക്കി, മത്തേ ഗോലി ബജ്ജേ.... കൊതിപ്പിച്ച് കളഞ്ഞു.😋😘. നമ്മളുടെ നാട്ടിലെ ഉണ്ടംപൊരി അഥവാ ബോണ്ടയിൽ നിന്നും ബൺസിനുള്ള വ്യത്യാസം അധികമില്ല. ബൺസിന് മൈദയാണ് പൊതുവെ ഉപയോഗിച്ച് കണ്ടിട്ടുള്ളത്. നല്ലത് പോലെ പഴുത്ത പഴവും ചിലപ്പോൾ തൈരും ചേർത്ത് കുഴച്ച്, പുളിച്ചുപൊങ്ങാനായി കുറച്ച് സമയം വെച്ചതിന് ശേഷമാണ് അത് വറുത്ത് കോരുന്നത്. ചട്ണി, സാമ്പാറിനേക്കാൾ നല്ല കോമ്പിനേഷൻ വെജിറ്റബിൾ സാഗു ആണ് ( ഒരു തരം വെജിറ്റബിൾ കറി). തുമ്പ ചെന്നാഗിതേ.....ഓർമ്മകൾ അയവിറക്കി കഴിഞ്ഞു....കുറച്ചു വെള്ളം കുടിക്കട്ടെ. നന്ദി എബിൻ.
