Mary Flower... so glad to see her here. I will burn this one in and share it with my new music teacher. I've added Piano and Theory to my pursuits after playing for 66 years. Death Letter Blues hooked me to her Mastery Level... first note to last and vocals in perfection. Thank you! Sam Hatman... really old guy and older blues player!

One of the most beautiful sounding steel string guitars that I've ever heard.

Very impressive teaching style. It’s slow and methodical and she explains her fingering very well.

I love Open D tuning! I have about 5 or 6 songs I've written in it. I learned it after a Master Class with Peppino D'Agostino

Why don't you marry it

Pepino D’agostino is an incredible guitarist and a wonderful person, I am very fortunate to live in the same little city as pepino, he shows up at local venues to sit in from time to time as well as, hosting fundraising events for the local schools music program.

@JamesDean-r3l that's awesome. Yeah I was fortunate to spend a week with him but that was many years ago. Would love to see him again. Is he still in San Francisco?

I would play the thing first. That way people can decide if they want to learn the chords. You’re four minutes in and you haven’t played a thing
@neilharrell3315Ай бұрын
That’s what fast forward is for. The open D chords can be used on many tunes in different ways.
