I have been to mary macs tea room twice. The first time was underwhelming. Not enjoyable at all. The second time was due to my daughter asking to give the restaurant a second chance. We did, and the experience was worse. Nothing we ordered was good. We asked our waiter why the restaurant is so popular. He looked around, then leaned down and said "have you ever considered that many people dont really know what good food is"?. Based on what they eat at home, this is good to them. I understood him perfectly. It made so much sense. I made an effort to not make my comment mean spirited. Just truthful. The waiter who has worked there for years and I were in complete agreement. I subscribed to your channel though.

@@SittinginaTree The Beautiful Restaurant and Q-Time. I don't get to them often. Its a bit of a travel for me. I mainly go for the veggies when I am not up to cooking. But they both prepare the traditional soul food.
