I woke up after just ordering this, and felt like I had to see a review. Thank you so much! When you mention thyroid, I know it wasn’t for me! Thank you! ❤

Biotin does NOT alter thyroid function or thyroid hormone levels. I see this misstated so many times on social media. Biotin only temporarily interferes with the instrument that medical specialists use to test for these and other levels, resulting in falsely elevated or low values. Luckily, biotin is also a water soluble vitamin with a relatively short half-life, so it doesn’t remain in the body for very long. If you’re taking biotin and need to have bloodwork done, just plan to stop taking it 72-hours (or a week to be extra safe) in advance to give your body time to filter it out of your system. It’s that simple. Or you can skip it altogether, but it’s already in a lot of OTC supplements, so good luck. Sources: Google, my endocrinologist, my internist, my GP, and my rheumatologist.

I don't really know if biotin mess with thyroid or not but I do know that taking biotin broke my face out so horribly that I looked like a monster a person that never broke out not even as a teen, it was scary but I was listening to everyone rant and rave that biotin help with hair growth unsure if it does or not but I ended up at the dermatologist never again..
