I used your code. I don't have a supplement. I was glad to see that they carried something for older women. Almost 60 and trying to be 60 and still sexy! 😅

I’ve been using Alodia Healthy Hair and Scalp supplements for 30 days. Major difference in my scalp with Seborrheic derm and shedding.
@lisabroyles9665Ай бұрын
Taking Nutrafol for thirty days stopped my monthly cycle for three months. Because I wasn’t sure it was the vitamin I refrained from taking it for 18 months. I took them again in May of this year for thirty days and didn’t have another monthly period until September. Now that I know for sure that they are the cause to pausing my cycle I will not revisit them again. I took the Women’s Balance formula. I’m sure they work well for others but it’s not a chance that I am willing to take. I need to know when my body is actually going through its peri & menopause phase and taking this stuff will have me thinking I’m already in or post menopause.

I used to kmtake hair vitamins. But that gave me heart pelps. I could wake up from sleep and go wash, and my heart would beat fast like I ran around the block or something. So my doctor told me to get off of them and just eat my fruits and vegetables nuts. Because these do help with hair as well and certain fish. Does. And she told me to just stay off of them. Maybe something in there is not agreeing with me. So I stopped taking them, and that's been over. Maybe 20 years now.❤❤❤

If it contained a lot of biotin that may have been it. High levels of biotin can cause heart palpitations and issues for some.

Thank you so much. I have recently started taking vitamin D again. After having a partial hysterectomy in 2019, taking Nature's Bounty hair, skin and nail gummies helped my energy level but no improvement with my hair, skin or nails.

That is an indicator that your body does not have sufficient "funds" to expend on what it deems peripheral. Work on your diet😊.

The same for me. Although, my eyebrows, eyelashes, legs, and underarm hairs have shown more growth than normal. There was little to no breakage on my fingers.

I hear you, you gotta be careful with biotin!

You may want to do a search, but if I remember, taking B-Complex 100 when taking biotin may stop breakouts. Just be sure to eat before taking B-Complex. It makes my daughter's and me nauseous if we take it on an empty stomach.

What is the best vitamin to use when you have dryness,breakage,and when your hair falls out and split ends
@Darling_Youcancallme23 күн бұрын
You need a multi-vitamin that has all the nutrients and minerals your body needs. I used to take a liquid vitamin that helped but have now stopped due to an unrelated health issue. As far as your dryness, you're probably not taking the right care for your hair. You need to address each of these separately. What are you doing to your hair that causes all this? Are you natural?

Just be careful to not over usie biotin and let your doctor know your using it. Biotin can cause certain heart problems to be missed while testing for abnormalities.

Hello Tonya! Thanks for the information. Thank you , I received my hair tea Today! I'm so excited and I just can't hide it lol. Question? Can I leave the tea rinse in? I read the instructions and it says to rinse out. Just wanted to know if I can leave it in. Thanks in advance. Stay blessed! 🙏🏾🫶🏾🦋🌺
@CurlyChemistryАй бұрын
Hey! When I use it after my shampoo on my scalp I rinse it off, however for the enhanced conditioning effect when you pour it over your conditioner, you can rinse half of it out and leave the rest in. I did that the other day and my hair felt so good!
@damarisrodriguez4244Ай бұрын
@@CurlyChemistry Great! Thanks so much for the advice. But if I choose to leave it in by itself, would it cause any harm? Thanks 🙏🏾❣️
@demi5378Ай бұрын
@damarisrodriguez4244 Personally, I would use as directed. See how your hair reacts after usage & gauge overtime if this is a viable option for you, your scalp & strands.

I started using the TGIN repair leave in & Kuza on your recommendation. The slip is so nice and I truly feel my hair moisturized. However.. my twist outs are so.. blah. It doesn't hang like it used to, more airy. so LIGHT I have to blow and stretch it a lot. I'm wondering if I need a different combo. I've seen you mention grease!
