Except Mary, as much as I like her, is guilty of keeping a lot of secrets away from her own family. She lied about secretly saving money, refused to discuss Georgie's childhood until Georgie was infuriated with Mary, Meemaw told Missy about Mary's past (not Mary), and Mary seems to either be overpowering or unable to take charge because she converted to Christianity 4 years into their marriage while George Sr remains a non-religious beer/brisket loving Texan all throughout.

I reached Season 6 and when googling for Missy Cooper I see how young she and Sheldon was. I can't even remember how little they was! But really I wish they had a series with Missy as main actor! I also really love dungaress and she wear them often 😍 Also those fluffy and soft sweaters! In Season 6 Episode 2 can you see a closeup from one of them. Here is a hypothesis. This is the true version of Sheldon’s childhood and the way he described his family in Tbbt was a lie. Except for some moments but as we can tell Sheldon is delusional at times and probaly didn’t notice situations for what they were.
