Lovely song, lovely person. There is no comparison between Mary and Diana. They are two separate singers with a different voice. Mary was an alto with a lower voice. I love her style too. She was very beautiful. RIP Mary. You are deeply missed.

@@cravendubose3024 she wasn't the biggest vocalist, that is true, but she could definetely sing beautiful live. On the other hand Diana Ross(and many other female artists) had a mediocre, or just a nice voice, and they did have more success.

I think she was a nice person and talented. But I do not think that she had the charisma or savvy to sustain a superstar career. Say what you will about Diana, Diana has always had mass appeal and the necessary drive to be a superstar. I think that criticisms of Diana are borne of jealousy. Mary Wilson could not help be jealous of "Diane."
