This 10 minute 11 line abs workout is a great routine for toning your abdominals, lower and upper abs. Just lay on your back, no standing & knee friendly. It's part of the 7 Day Hourglass Challenge and marks Day 6 of the Challenge. Find the whole workout plan on my posting page ❤️
The Hourglass Challenge focuses on a small waist and wider hips and a round booty. We focus on exercises that tone and sculpt your waist and abs and build a booty and lift your buttcheeks for a perky booty effect.

I've been in a funk this last month which has taken a toll on my fitness journey. This was a tough workout to jump back into it, but I'm so glad I stuck it out!!! I feel great ❤️

Loved it! The Triangle Hold was SO exhausting. My abs were on fire during/after that one!

This was so good and dynamic and I love how this didn't work with wrists, because mine are damaged. The last exercise was a bit confusing but may as whole because by then I was too tired !

I currently have 5 still with us ❤ and I’m in the best shape I have ever been in my whole life I legit went from 63% body fat down to 12%! 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉 so thank you from bottom of my heart ❤️ and I haven’t been dieting with it either so I can’t imagine if you diet and workout you would look truly amazing
