Hello Miss Bella! The wig hat can be semi fixed with some fabric softener. Honestly any low grade fiber can be fixed with it. Just let the hair sit in fabric softener for 48 to 72 hours, then gently wash. That excess hair at the top of the strap is supposed to cover the space in the hole for blending and covering your hair. Love your channel! Love this series.
