Any landlord is Stupid if he doesn't require that a business on his property have adequate insurance in the 1st place. This landlord should take responsibility for his own foolish decisions rather than blaming others. Did he even do a simple background check on this guy ??? Do you really think that stealing crabs was his first offense ??? It's just terrible that society today is what it is, but living in daydreams of a non-existent American Dream only opens you up to untold liabilities. Being paranoid in America today is a Survival Skill. 😢
