Others have commented that dude looks about 20 years older than his 44 years...but I think there is more going on here than hard living. Dude looks like he is in renal failure. I say this not only on his complexion..but facial puffiness and very prominment water retention. I grew up with a father who lived his entire life wth kidney disease and spent the last 20 or so years of his life on hemo dialysis. For those last 20 years, he did not urinate. Not one single time. Over the weekend, when he would have to go 2 days without dialysis, he would get this exact same bloat and complexion...as the waste retained in the body starts getting toxic. This dude needs help.

When I was in Towson jail it was a couple in there and they all gave me dope fiend vibes. I'm from 757 Va originally, one of them was trying to control the phone in the county and we got into it. Long story short, I regretfully had to knock dude out to use the phone. In the county they tried to act super tough but I didn't see them as nothing more then addicts and flunkies for the BGF.
