I am so grateful I do not have to deal with 270 ever again! the worst planning I've ever seen! "Hey I know" lets build a 8 lane parking lot! makes sense to someone. let's bring all that traffic parked on 270 bottle neck down to 2 lanes at Clarksburg into Frederick. yes we have some A1 top notch planners.
