I have mad respect for Maryland State Troopers. After I retired from the Army after 27 years, I hesitated because of the wars I have served. They are the best. However, today I was pulled over by one officer who profiled me for about 4 miles. He pulled me over for a clear cover on my old truck license plate which I have had on the truck for 13 years. I wasn’t aware of the clear cover law. He gave me warnings which was cool, I just though to myself why stop me and not all the speeders that pass him and me before he pulled me over. Just saying.

Were you bullied in school? Do you feel you are unable to do anything else in your life? Do you have a big ego? If you carried a gun would you feel better about yourself? Do you want to be part of a gang of thugs? Do you want to be above the law? Do you want to get even? Are you cocky? If you answered yes to any of these questions you belong in law enforcement.

@castle46107 жыл бұрын
David Price Everyone is entitled to their opinion. However, your statement just isn't based on facts. I wasn't bullied in high school, I don't have a big ego, I don't feel better about myself because I carry a gun. I don't think I'm above the law, I don't want to get even, and I've never in my life been called cocky. You are stereotyping. Law Enforcement, like any profession, is made up from members of society. However, the screening process and training is very intensive. One doesn't just "sign up". There are oral interview boards, psychological testing (and interviews with a psychologist), background investigations, and ongoing training and certification. I've done the job honorably and professionally for almost 24 years now. Are there times cops cross the line and act that way? Sure. Every profession has them. But 99% go out there every day to make a difference, and treat people the way they want to be treated, working nights, days, weekends and holidays to protect and serve the community.

NK Blödmann Thats the exact mentality you pigs have. Speaking ill of cops any way makes you an enemy, a criminal, and a bad guy. Fuck you, if you want to serve your community be firefighter or paramedic. I lost all respect when my army veteran neighbor was murdered 600 feet from my house amidst all the countless atrocities recorded, and archived. I sometimes wonder if there are any good cops left.
