I just decided to pull out a recorder to catch people committing traffic violations and then getting their license plate and face of the driver if I am able to.

Here in California I went to the Academy with Recruits who couldn’t run, effect an arrest (take downs etc) or even pull the slide to the rear to charge a weapon on the range. They all graduated and are currently LEOs. A better video would be “How to Excel In Training”

Is your academy through a Community College? If so, that's why. You're paid if you're sponsored by an agency to go through their academy, but even at that sometimes the program is just payed for and you're not.

@@DonutOperator Donut Operator @5:13 O.C. doesn't effect everyone the same way. I got the POST standard 3 second burst. I was on my way to fight the Sargent at the next stage when Sgt. Pepper spray yelled come back. What's up? "Your not crying!" He emptied three cans of OC on my face, until my nose, chin, and ears were dripping OC. He said you're still not crying!? Do you need another can!? (Mockingly) Ouch, no. Do you want to wast another can of OC or should I just go to the next stage? Get out of here. The next stage was battling a Sargent holding up a 4" padded sheild. I hit him so hard he spun around and I was making contact with his thigh. He said hey don't hurt me only 10% of that is needed. So I pass? Yea go pick on the next Sargent! After the testing ended my face was so red they didn't want me to drive home. (only out of town cadets were staying at POST) They said go ahead and practice arrest techniques in the gym until your face isn't so red. Only cadets who were not passing that needed extra practice and already had partners. Sgt. Pepper spray walked into the gym at that time. I said perfect timing I need a partner for arrest techniques. Sgt. Pepper spray looked at me realized that he'd get residual transfer from 3 cans of OC , did an about face and marched out of the gym, double time! The entire gym (save myself) erupted in laughter! @5:39 That night in the shower I reactivated the residual OC which ran down into sensitive areas. Some blue falcon @6:03 (Sgt. P?) started a rumour that I'd improperly used a pressure point technique on a cadet a foot shorter than me. They interviewed him, then me we both said it never happened. Thanks for reminding me of the fun I had at POST!

Nutrition can’t be overstated in my opinion. I cut out all red meat, all pork, all fried foods and soda. Zero fast food. Now just chicken breast (skinless) and fish and veggies and fruit. And water, tons of water. For reference I’m 42 years old, 6’2” and tipped the scales at about 255lbs. Dropped 20 pounds in 6 weeks without lifting a finger. To each their own, not trying to preach. It’s just what worked for me.
