Thank you so much for this series of videos! I am a suuuuper beginner knitter and it fell on me to make a stocking for my son to match the rest of the family’s. Definitely would not have been able to accomplish this without the visual assistance!

@@marymaximofficial I should be able to finish the toe of the stocking today. I found some videos late last night on blocking which was new to me too. The stocking is curling along the sides of the pattern. I would love to send you a picture to get your feedback. I believe blocking is what is needed but would love your feedback. I don’t see an option to include a photo with this comment

@@AprilBensen That is going to happen because of the stockinette stitch. You shouldn't need to block it, but the very last step is to seam that edge together. I show how to seam it in the last video right after we show how to do the kitchner stitch in the toe. That will stop it from curling. Keep us updated, and let us know how it finishes, you are so close!

@@marymaximofficial As I lay this stocking next to the ones my mother in law did, hers are very much flatter. I am not convinced after comparing that seaming will look like hers. Thank you so much for your quick replies. I excited to be so close to finishing!
