However, your union did not start off in a halal way. When you're meeting a potential, you need a mahram to be present-a brother, father, or other male relative-your sister cannot be your mahram. Also Dms are private conversations so it’s not allowed between male and female. They didn’t make it clear when exactly their family knew ( specifically her dad or brother) so i can’t comment on that. Also im not saying that arranged marriage is the only way or whatever. Infact we are encouraged to meet our future spouse but it has to be with mehrams present.

Your sister is not your mahram, when looking to see a potential spouse, your wali or mahram should be present. May Allah عز وجل put barakah in your marriage, ameen.

I don't know if i am wrong aur not but it's wrong to talk privately if you are talking to each other privately on msgs even if it is for the purpose to know each other It's haram i have seen other Muslim ytubers too saying that we met through social media .. but i think our deen strictly prohibit this in our country it's called an affair this msg is not in a negative sense i just wanted to know that i am wrong or right because many scholars say that talking to na meharam is haraam

You're absolutely correct! 💯 Casually talking/messaging the opposite gender in private is totally prohibited. We shouldn't be encouraging or normalising this at all.
