As a suggestion, you might want to use Polycam to scan the 3D environment using LIDAR for future installs. What you can then do is bring that 3D scan into sketch up and then you can literally design the entire space in 3D so you have a near perfect representation of what the space is going to be! Oh yea and I miss the regular uploads! Sending lots of appreciation!

I would recommend that you get yourself a tool belt with pouches and drill holsters for jobs like that. It means that you have everything to hand, is more efficient way of working and above all much safer when working at height like this job. Another useful thing would be to get tool tethers for the drills and hand tools so they don't fall and hit people or damage items or themselves. DeWalt do a good tool belt and a range of holsters and pouches, see Screwfix for availability.
