I like your theory of the doctor just being completely driven mad as practically everyone around him disappeared. And the same goes for the teacher, I think. She has no kids to teach and he has no patients to treat, so they both found a way to get their normal lives back. They still react very hostile towards Mono and Six. Feeling threatened or just... being completely insane etc. Probably something magical is going on, though. For the dolls behave like students and you got all the mannequins wandering around the hospital. I'm not sure if the doctor or teacher are bringing them to life or not...

Yeah she misses stuff, makes mistakes like almost everyone that dont play with a guide. Also she cuts some parts that she thinks are not that entertaining which sometimes might make it looks like she's rushing or something. Anyways this is a blind run and she's NOT a completionist.

Thought this game really did everything better than the first one. I liked LN1 a lot but this game was just superior in every way to me. The cinematography alone was phenomenal. The shot in the beginning when you sneak behind the Hunter was so sick.

Hands down - gnehe - that was exciting. The standing/ haunting mannequins reminded me of the nurses in Silent Hill, just working the other way around concerning the light mechanics. Thinking about it, the hole-headed, mindless "people" focusing the tvs, this is the first time marz can witness the demonic obsession her subscribers developed regarding her uploads. Not to mention the reaction to disturbances in the middle of worshipping... "Dancing Hamsters" quite fits the commercial music, maybe singing something in Spanish.^^

The mannequins are terrifying but the problem is marz already played the demo so she was expressionless and kind of new what to expect I still like the video though its obviously not her fault but it's hard to tell if streamers who have played demos are reacting genuinely

These games take place in the bad memories and dreams of "Six" her name being either the amount of years or the age that she was when she suffered the various emotional and physical traumas we see represented in the games. The title "Little Nightmares" is our biggest clue to confirm this theory. You can see this in the way she reacts to everything you experience, after you burned that doctor she simply sat down and indifferently warmed up by the fire, it's likely the doctor was an abuser of her past. Keeping this theory in mind when looking at other events in both games you can start to connect the dots. Especially after this game's ending. Also 1:22:55 lol
