A percentage of the sales will be going to Anthony and Kris - son and daughter of the original creator.

I'm too excited. The original mas sticks were tanks. I owned 2 then sold them when I was a young adult. I regretted it seeing how the prices for used ones went up. I also missed how the American parts and wood case were designed to take a beating. My biggest concern with newer plastic sticks was how they felt like they could dent or scratch easily and they rarely support American-ish happ-ish type parts.

Awesome to see such a legendary product being brought back for the MASses! While I was never a huge fan of American Style parts, I can't deny the impact they've had on the scene, and the gap that's been left by not supporting them on many newer fight sticks. Hopefully this will open up the floodgates to a rise of American Style fight sticks once again!

I was browsing for Seimitsu parts on some HRAP3s that I was inspired to customize by your videos, and came upon the news of the passing of the original MAS creators. Knowing your relationship, I immediately began thinking how Scanline would honor them in his upcoming release knowing how he never allowed elitism to prevent him from honoring the great American sticks. In a previous life, way back as a teenager I sent away via money order to buy a MAS from Thao all the way from the other side of the country. I still have it, recently fixed it up and it remains my most valued gaming related possession. MAS Systems, I remember driving to their warehouse to get it fixed cause of all the time I put into it. After using it so much I felt I would break the Japanese style sticks that came afterwards cause they felt so loose. Hope to get one when it comes out.

​@@ScanlineCity Sweeeeeet. You should add a high quality Spinner on there that works with MiSTer. Thats what I would do. Its pretty annoying to get a spinner for the average person. There is a good one (Ultimate MiSTer Spinner Pro) but its always out of stock. Having it on an awesome stick would be ideal. You can buy the actual spinner mechanism cheap.... but I dont know about the knob and whatever board or whatever else you need.

No shots of the cable. It looks like it will be detachable which is nice but no compartment to store it or any cable organiser. This is standard in this day and age for a modem arcade stick.

This stick apparently doesn't work with the undamned USB decoder (firmware 1.4d). Would scanline city be able to test it out to see why that is? We were unable to have John Choi use his stick on our supergun setups due to this restriction. I'm not sure if it was a power differential situation. We even tried to used a powered USB adapter and connecting the stick through that to the undamned converters and it still did not work. Would be great if we can get some resolution on this issue.

Arcade Shock did the wiring PCB etc on John’s stick. We will look into that for sure. We also plan on offering DB15 specific builds as well

Please make a MAS MISTer - open box -> plug in HDMI or SCART & power -> and play. It would be the ultimate retro machine. There are a ton of people who just want the MISTer for classic arcade games, - but I want a high quality stick with low lag without having to buy a soldering iron.

I would install a sanwa JLF lever, an eight-way restrictor gate, a bat-top and hayabusa buttons into the MAS NEO arcade stick controller.
