豬絞肉 Ground pork-250g
鹽巴 Salt-1/3小匙
味噌 Miso-1/2小匙
洋蔥 Onion-1/4個
雞蛋 Egg-1個
麵包粉 Bread crumbs-30g
日式高湯 Dashi- 50cc
青椒 Green peper-4個
太白粉 Starch
生辣椒 Chili peper-1支
清酒 Sake-2大匙
味醂 Mirin-2大匙
砂糖 Sugar-2小匙
醬油 Soy sauce-2大匙
蠔油 Oyster sauce-2小匙
起司 Mozzarella Cheese-100g
七味粉 Nanami powder-1大匙
清酒 Sake-30cc
牛奶 Milk-30cc
Preparation-stuffing
(1) 1/2 of onion, chop into tiny dices
(2) 1/2 tsp of oil
(3) Put to medium heat
(4) Add onion dices, fry until translucent
(5) Cool off the onion
(2)-(5) is optional
(6) 30g of Bread crumbs, add 50cc of dashi
(7) 250g of ground pork
(8) 1/3 tsp of salt
(9) Mix it well
(10) Add bread crumbs soaked with dashi and onion dices (cooled off)
(11) 1/2 tsp of miso and mix it well
(12) Add 1 egg
(13) 3 green peppers, cut into half and remove the seeds
(14) 1 chili pepper, cut into half horizontally and remove the seeds
(15) Sprinkle some flour on the inner side of green pepper
(16) Stuff suitable amount of filling in the green peppers and chili peppers halves
Instruction-Stuffed peppers & chili peppers
(1) 1 tsp of oil
(2) Put to medium heat
(3) Add green peppers halves, meat side down. Make sure all meat sides touch the bottom of frying pan
(4) Fry until golden brown
(5) Flip it over. Pan-fry the other side for just a little time and you can take them out
(6) Pan-fry chili peppers with the same method
Instruction-Teriyaki Sauce
(1) Wipe excess oil
(2) 2 tbsp of sake
(3) 2 tbsp of mirin
(4) 2 tsp of sugar
(5) 2 tbsp of soy sauce
(6) 2 tsp of oyster sauce
(7) Put the pan-fried green peppers back to the frying pan and cover the lid.
(8) Cook it for about 3 minutes
(9) Drizzle the condensed sauce on top of the green peppers
(10) Put back the chili peppers and cook it in the sauce as well
(11) Put pan-fried stuffed peppers and chili peppers on an iron skillet (Optional)
Flavor Change
(1) 30cc of sake
(2) 30cc of milk
(3) Turn on the stove
(4) 100g of cheese
(5) Some Nanami powder
