​@@HewhoPonders-kq4bxit's depends on people of area, for example subcontinent people use lots of spices in their foods technically they have 95% spices taste and 4% meat of vegetable taste whereas majority people of world prefer meat or vegetables taste taste so they use very less spicies or they just use salt. Just like that without huge amount of oil cook food we don't like food, while eating we separated oil food still we eat lot of amount of oil.

Liver is the worst meat to eat in an animal, it stores all the pesticides from grazing, antibiotic residue from feed , this is why it’s sold cheap , plus these fools are adding Hydrogenated saturated palm oil ( vanaspati) , which make this meal a killer meal 😂😂😂

Ciğerler az bir sıvı yağ ile kavrulur..Hem ciğerin en iyi arkadaşı kuru soğandır.. Burada kuru soğan, yeşil biber, Domates ve baharatlarla beraber bir karışım yok..Ciğere lezzeti kuru soğan verir.. Aynı anda sotelenmesi gerekir.. fazla sıvı yağ ciğerin tadını alır götürür.. Hatta! Ciğer piştikten sonra, kuru kalmak zorundadır.. Onun yanında sosada gider...Etin çıplak elle ellenmesi fazla sorun değil, çünkü piştikçe içindeki bakteriler ölür..Asıl sorun servis yaparken başlıyor.. Ekmek- pideler bir daha çıplak elle ellenmez..Eldeki bütün mikroplar ekmek vasıtasıyla bulaşır..
