INGREDIENTS:
Rice flour (चावल का आटा) - 1 cup/125-130 gram
Desiccated coconut (नारियल बुरादा) - 1/2 cup
Fresh cream (फ्रेश मलाई) - 1/4 cup
Ghee (घी) - 2 tbsp
Sugar powder (चीनी पाउडर) - 1/2 cup
Cardamom powder (इलायची पाउडर) - 1 tsp
Dry fruits (सूखे मेवे) - some
RECIPE:
Soak some rice for 2-3 hours then drain its Water by putting it in the strainer. Let the Rice in the strainer for some time and then put the Rice on a cloth for drying and keep the Rice in the sunlight to make it dry or you can keep it under the fan for overnight then roast it in a pan without using Oil/Ghee. Let the Rice get dry and moisture-free.
In this way, Rice Flour will get ready easily at home.
Take a pan having a thick base, put some Rice Flour in it and roast it for 5 mins on medium flame. Then put some Desiccated Coconut in it and roast it as well. Put some Fresh Cream, Ghee, Powdered Sugar and Cardamom Powder in it and mix them all properly and turn off the flame. Then cover it and keep it aside for 10-12 mins. Then put some chopped Dry fruits and make the Laddoos.
In this way, very tasty and healthy Gluten-Free Rice Flour Laddoos will get ready so easily at home.
