For many years I worked in jobs which, one for sure (Special Forces) denied women entry. I then became a paramedic and it was about five years later that they opened the job to women. That would have been the best change they ever made because I got to work with so many capable and competent women. This is also why I enjoy your videos so much.

Beautiful take-off Michelle!! And yes, it is more fun to "fly" the airplane (not on autopilot). You make it look easy, even with a large right to left crosswind.

I've only seen a few of your videos, but I enjoy 'em. I do have a couple of questions, though. Is it usual for the first officer to fly the airplane instead of the captain. The roles are usually changing with each leg. Meaning one pilot flies the first leg and the other pilot the second leg. It is the stabilizer trim wheel :)

They dont actually flash, it is the frame rate of the camera which isnt synced with the frequency of those lights, causing them to flash in the video.

At ~9:40 you mention "transition level" altimeter setting, is this to keep all aircraft at and above that altitude at a common and near exact altimeter setting thereby avoiding conflicting a/c traffic? And at lower altitudes it is essential to set to the actual local pressure for correct airport runway elevation readings? Transition level barometric setting 1013.25 hPa (29.92) and in The Netherlands 3000' IFR MSL (3500 VFR)?
