If you want your vocals to sound better eq & compression is always a great start, saturation, chorus, reverb &/or delay!

hmmm this seems very interesting. I'm trying to workout how to perform with the M+. Are you using one group bank per song? What's the advantage of this to having one group per song? Follow!
@janaeenimsaj Жыл бұрын
Hi, in this video, each group is not different songs, rather, they are different elements of the track. ( For example: Group A "Drums" Group B "Keys", Group C "Bass" ) So if you want to enable and disable elements during your performance that is when I'd use the mute groups. I find this useful for me when I'm finger drumming.

@@janaeenimsaj thanks for taking the time to answer. I understand that each group is a different element from the track, and from what I read groups A-H are all part of a "group bank". So if I understand correctly (I ordered a Maschine but havent gotten it yet) some people use one group bank per song, and some use instead only one group per song (so only a maximum of 16 sounds). So I was wondering if there's any advantage of using one technique over the other
@janaeenimsaj Жыл бұрын
Ok I gotcha, I've actually never done a live set in front of others however, If I were to do so, I'd have one song per bank. Just because I'd like to make changes to the songs' elements using the groups and events rather than just adding effect on top of a song already bounced down to a pad. I think that would work best for me. But each way has its pros and cons you may have to find what works best for you. @@quiddam

@@janaeenimsaj yeah, I get it. I guess is so flexible theres a few ways one can go about it. I make techno so my music is a lot more "loopy" so maybe I don't need as much. I'm gonna have to do some experimenting. But I'll keep an eye on your channel, you got some good tips
@janaeenimsaj Жыл бұрын
Yeses there are many possibilities and with you being a techno producer I can see your workflow being a bit different from mine. Thank you for checking out my channel! 🙏🦒❤@@quiddam
