Nice tutorial. I really like that voice sample. It made my headache disappear somehow? Magic sample!

I would like to know if I can structure the song after using the blocking mode having those same arrangements . Me gustaría saber si puedo estructurar la canción luego de usar el modo de bloqueo teniendo esos mismos arreglos

is there a way to have lock mode work in one scene only. the challenge I'm having, when i use lock mode it is going across all scenes/patterns/groups. i won't to be able to go into a scene and have all the lock modes set up and then bounce out of it back to the normal song

Within Maschine it's self no. Whenever you update a Lock Mode state, it will take a snapshot of everything that is occurring within all selected patterns. these snapshots cannot be recorded or automated, they are designed to be used as a performance feature for quickly making parameter changes and FX transitions.

@@Noisegate somehow i have figured out a way to do this! if you record a pattern in a scene for group one, then (what i was struggling with) is you duplicate all your drum pads to a new scene/new pattern and a new group, then copy and paste the pattern from your original scene. when you switch between groups you can have different fx. so i have fx set up for scene 2 with its own group, while scene one has no fx on group 1 if that makes sense. so now i can bounce between scenes playing the same pattern but one having fx and lock mode. i love this thing!!

@@Noisegate Would be pretty cool if you could record automation from lock snapshots. It's almost like clip mode for automation.

Can't get morphing working very smoothly. Always sounds like it's working but then suddenly jumps rather than (as I imagined) smoothly blending Feel like I'm doing something wrong

What he said. Great tutorial, but the loop made me want to jump off of the top of a building into a pit of spiders while shooting myself in the head on the way down.

Useful tutorial, but that voice sample is very headache inducing, especially that one that was on an off beat. That works for drums, but not so much for voice samples.
