One highlight for me, around 33:37, is the explanation of available energy being related to how stable our nervous system. There’s so much to be said about this….

Needed this right now; coming out of a bad break up & this is showing me the work needed to create a future relationship based on a higher level of connection. Thanks Tami & JW

Yesss… when I stumbled across John on KZbin, I was thinking why does his name resonate with me? Then the penny dropped… Clair was an inspiration, the world lost so much when we lost her … an angel on earth ❤

I get what he's saying, but I have to just say that GS Youngblood's work offers a clarity that I sense isn't quite here. I know GS learned from Wineland, so they are complimentary. I only mention this because as I listened here, I got lost sometimes in Wineland's explanations. I think if anyone else feels that way, GS brings a clarified approach. But whomever you connect with, they both offer great information.

Hmmmm Reminiscent of when our men's group were studying Way of the Superior Man... I felt quite out of the loop and the effects being described feel comprehensible but quite abstract. I can do deep abdominal breathing with grounded feet and straight spine, but never experience the shift from "are we there yet" to "woah, here we are" checking in (in the most nuanced non-attached way I can manage) The premise of having any energetic effect on others feels totally foreign - (other than the frustrations of failed expectations) "Way of the Semi-Halfassed Kinda-OK Man" is more my speed
