I have a red 2006 Maserati GranSport 1. Lowering springs 2. Upgraded front/rear sway bars 3. Drive by wire enhancement 4. ECU Tune 5. Larini decats 6. Tubi rear after market back boxes 7. Racing air filter 8. Carbon fiber paddles and rear seatbacks Absolutely love this car.

With all those modifications it must be fantastic and with that exhaust the V8 must have a very powerful sound 😍

Hey, i bought the engine from 4200 gt, will put a standalone and a tune and i have a question, how much rpm this engine stock can handle safely? How much do you have after tune? ✌️

@@ScoR010 I am pretty sure that 8,000 RPMs is the safe zone - with my Tune and exhaust…much like the stock, maximum horsepower is at 7,000 RPMs…..

The biggest difference between the Maserati and Ferrari V8s is the crankshaft. Ferrari uses 180° "flat cranks" while Maserati gets the 90° traditional American style version.

You're right, also, in terms of sound, the Maserati is much more reminiscent of American muscle cars than Ferrari

I have always liked this car; I think you should look for the GranSport final series. It is undoubtedly the most expensive but being the last version before the arrival of the GranTurismo, they have made few and will certainly be re-evaluated in the future. Furthermore, being the end of the series, there is the possibility that it is more tested and has solved any problems encountered during the life of the model.

Does the Trofeo Light use different headers than the Trofeo? The Trofeo has that Maserati snarl while the GT3 cars sound a bit more muted

Die Maserati 3200GT und 4200GT fand ich nicht ganz so schön. Den alte 3500GT und die neuen MC20 find ich wieder hübscher, das Auge fährt doch auch mit.

Persönlich hat mir dieses Auto immer gefallen, noch mehr der 3200 GT mit seinen hinteren LED-Scheinwerfern. Vor 25 Jahren waren sie etwas Außergewöhnliches. Der neueste MC20 ist ein verrücktes, fabelhaftes Auto, während der 3500 GT eine zeitlose Eleganz hat. Es waren die wunderbaren 50er und 60er Jahre, die beste Zeit für italienische Autos 👍

@@Italiansupercarvideo Si, te lo posso garantire. AF Corse è praticamente una "logistica" della Ferrari, e in quegli anni aveva "l'appalto" del trofeo Maserati. Adesso non lo so. Conosco 4 persone che hanno lavorato-lavorano in AF Corse.

@@YuriBruschi Beh, è assolutamente condivisibile la scelta che fece Ferrari, AF Corse ha dimostrato, e tutt'ora lo sta facendo, di essere la migliore organizzazione per gestire le vetture GT Ferrari nelle corse. Francamente non so se ci sia ancora un Trofeo Maserati, penso di no, intendendo certamente non questo ma quello relativo alla più recente GranTurismo. Hanno corso per qualche anno ma credo che il programma sia finito. Sarebbe spettacolare vedere un trofeo monomarca della MC20 😉

@@Italiansupercarvideo Non lo so neppure io se ci sia ancora. L'ultimo trofeo Maserati era anche molto "economico". 120.000€ a stagione tutto compreso. Al pilota spettava solo il costo dei biglietti aereo e forse l'albergo. Puoi capire che correre con vetture così performanti in giro per il mondo si spende davvero " poco". Speriamo nel trofeo MC20!

The suspension bits wear out quickly if you actually track a stock one. Replacement parts are next level $ too. Massive downfall of these cars
